Private Pilates Classes

Does your body need some TLC? Are you a little nervous to book into a group class? Don’t sweat it. Our experienced staff are here for Private Pilates sessions and can help you work towards your individual movement goals. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, need an off peak class time or have to bring Bub with you to a session… we are here to help. 

Our private pilates classes are all about YOU. After completing a postural analysis your friendly instructor will plan a program specific to your body, it’s needs and your goals. Our focus is on your alignment (or re-alignment) and correct form and technique to help you achieve a healthy, strong body.
